Our goal is to deliver within 2, max 3 weeks. Once your order is shipped, you receive a notification email, confirming the shipment of your order.
Guarantees and Returns

What if the delivery is damaged?
Although it isn't likely to happen, in case your order is damaged, please send an email to: firstname.lastname@example.org, with the subject: damaged goods. Please include pictures of how you have received your order. This can help us to improve the packaging and shipment handling in the future. You will receive a new order asap.
