Delivery
Our goal is to deliver within 30 days. Once your order is shipped, you receive a notification email, confirming the shipment of your order.
Guarantees and Returns
Under EU rules, a trader must repair, replace, reduce the price or give you a refund if goods you bought turn out to be faulty or do not look or work as advertised.
If you bought a product or a service online or outside of a shop (by telephone, mail order, from a door-to-door salesperson), you also have the right to cancel and return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification.
What if the delivery is damaged?
Although it isn't likely to happen, in case your order is damaged, please send an email to: hannes.couvreur@gmail.com, with the subject: damaged goods. Please include pictures of how you have received your order. This can help us to improve the packaging and shipment handling in the future. You will receive a new order asap.
